This Shipping and Returns Policy discloses the practices for Portoula.
Your submission confirms your offer to purchase goods, which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorization for your payment card issuer. We will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.
We will not be liable if there is a delay in shipping.
Canceling Your Order:
If you need to change or cancel your order, changes and cancellations may be made up to the time the purchased products have been transferred to the carrier for delivery. Please find our contact information below. You will need to provide your name, address and order number to cancel your order.
If an item has already been sent from our facility, you may return it to us, at your cost, for a refund of the purchase price.
Shipping and Delivery:
All products purchased from Portoula are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Products will be shipped to a street address designated by you; provided the address is in the continental United States and complies with all restrictions contained in the shipping contracts with our carriers (UPS and USPS). Pursuant to the shipping contract, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-food items, we will accept returns of unused items within 30 days after purchase. Please include a copy of your order statement or invoice for tracking purposes.
Unfortunately, we cannot take back food items due to safety concerns. If something isn’t right, please contact us. Refunds or replacement items are subject to our sole discretion.
We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
