Nikki will join Chef Ana Sortun and Executive Pastry Chef Nik Mastalerz for a guided tasting exploring the remarkable diversity of honey—from Portoula’s distinctive Greek forest honeys to local varieties—and how terroir, climate and forage shape their flavor.
